Training Times and Locations

RRDBC offer training opportunities every day of the week.

Please be aware that training times and locations are subject to change. Please book in by calling our Membership Officer on 0422 980 824. Summer/Winter start times will change, please call/text to confirm.

Times indicated are ‘ON THE WATER’ (OTW). Please arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand for every session, to warm-up and assist with the boats.

Turn left at the surf club and follow the road around the lake for about 2km, entrance to Sport and Rec is on the right. There is a code for the gate. Please call Monica Hogan on 0422 980 824 for the code.

 

What to Bring

  • Comfortable exercise/gym clothes
  • Enclosed water shoes that can get wet (no thongs)
  • Water bottle
  • Hat and sunscreen
  • Paddle and PFD will be provided, as needed.
